Our professional broadband service allows you to make your own tariff in 2GB steps. The base tariff provides 2GB daytime and 100GB eve/weekend usage. Note that each extra line provides and additional 100GB eve/weekend usage allowance.
As a professional package you get a UK domain with web space and IMAP email with spam and virus checking and as many email addresses as you like. The package is also available in a premium option with higher priority traffic.
We also provide multi-line services adding bonding and resilliance to your service. We can even include the telephone line necessary for broadband (no calls) in a single package with one point of contact for faults.
Whilst this is called professional, starting at only £21.40 pcm† (£17.83+VAT pcm) this tariff is ideal for more demanding home users.

Usage
All of our tariffs are based on usage per calendar month. The peak period is 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. It is the amount you download from the internet during the peak period during the month that is the main factor in the tariff. We do have a system of give and take from one month to another to maintain your service at a fixed monthly cost. If you regularly exceed the usage levels you will get warning emails and even text messages, and then be charged for extra usage. You can however change tariff at any time, taking effect from your next regular bill. Details.
You can change the level of daytime and eve/weekend usage included in your tariff at any time. There is no charge to change tariff which takes effect when your next regular bill is raised.
Customers that cannot yet get ADSL2+ will be on ADSL services. These have a maximum download sync rate of 8128Kb/s and maximum upload sync rate of 448Kb/s. With the premium option the ADSL upload sync rate has a maximum of 832Kb/s.
