Availability
To check availability you can enter your full UK postcode, or the number of a line.
We are offer SDSL services in selected areas, although availability is expanding. These services include a dedicated line and provide the same bandwidth upstream as well as downstream. Services are available at 2Mb/s and 1M/s. If you order we will try and provide 2Mb/s, but if not available we will contact you and you can opt for 1Mb/s. The services are the same price. All services are subject to availability. SDSL is a usage based tariff.

SDSL coverage is expanding all of the time. There is a separate Availability Checker for SDSL. Note that this lists 250K and 500K services, which we do not offer as bonded ADSL services are much cheaper.
You will need a suitable SDSL router in order to make use of the equipment. We can supply a compatible router for £100.00.

There are many reasons to choose a symmetric service, and the main one is that the uplink load on your service is high and causing high latency. SDSL is not always available, or the most effective or cost effective solution to this type of problem. You may find that traffic shaping can manage uplink better and allow full use of downlink on an ADSL service.
We can also offer multiple line ADSL with Office grade lines starting from £16.16/mon+VAT/month and each extra line only £12.76/mon+VAT/month. These can be used with the bonded uplink feature of the FireBrick to provide higher uplink. The FireBrick also provides traffic shaping allowing careful management of the uplink traffic.
